Slipknot and limp …
Slipknot and limp bizkit I mean, they’re loud not unlike a truck engine, repetitive not unlike a truck engine, with no dynamics not unlike a truck engine and very annoying not unlike a truck engine.
Get over it it’s not out of tune.

How out of tune …
How out of tune that guitar is? I would have to agree!
February 3rd, 2009 at 2:42 pm
Trust me it’s not …
Trust me it’s not more musical than a truck’s engine

Close minded, right …
Close minded, right. This coming from someone who classifies Limp Bizkit and Slipknot as “noise”…just a little hypocrisy there. I am quite diverse in my musical tastes, so to attempt to categorize me by my user name or merely one or two videos I have favorited is…well, closed minded in and of itself. And I’m not objecting to the fact that the guitar was in tune before he began playing, as well as the first few notes. I’m saying that it WENT out of tune shortly there after.

It’s not out of …
It’s not out of tune. How hard do you think it would be for them to tune it, considering they are inside a musical instruments store afterall. They must have thousands of those digital tuners lying around. That’s just your reaction to just intonation because you’re used to noise like limp bizkit and slipknot. Don’t be so close minded.

Call it what you …
Call it what you will..denial, stubbornness, blatant ignorance, it doesnt matter really. I could care less what “reality” you think you are in. Whether or not you accept my opinion as factual has no bearing on it whatsoever. I and the rest of the viewers who are NOT DELUSIONAL will remain correct in that the guitar IS out of tune. This is no matter of believing in separate realities, but understanding that you are either part of the one reality or you are not, & CLEARLY you are of the latter…

It’s not denial I’m …
It’s not denial I’m just more selective about the realities I accept.
February 3rd, 2009 at 2:42 pm
Ugh, well that’s …
Ugh, well that’s the nail in your coffin pal…but you keep thinking that. Meanwhile, reality (along with the rest of us) will march on by your little world of insignificance and denial.

I have perfect …
I have perfect pitch it’s not out of tune

Are you obtuse? …
Are you obtuse? Seriously, everyone and their grandmother (who can’t hear anyway) can tell that guitar is out of tune. Why is this so difficult for you to comprehend? I would be willing to bet that WMS would even admit that the guitar went out of tune…

Doesn’t sound out …
Doesn’t sound out of tune
February 3rd, 2009 at 2:42 pm
And fwiw, listen to …
And fwiw, listen to 0:53-0:59, sounds like his G and B string, maybe others. Don’t get me wrong, other than the guitar being out of tune this wasn’t half bad, but attention to details like this are what set great companies/reviewers apart from the those who overlook those details.

You can’t demo what …
You can’t demo what matters in a guitar (how it plays) anyway. And I’m pretty sure they used a tuner, only you guys think it’s out of tune.
February 3rd, 2009 at 2:42 pm
Give me the guitar …
Give me the guitar as he has it there and I will use my TUNER and find out. Listen, point of this is: If you’re going to demo a guitar that YOUR company sells, you obviously want to provide the best possible representation of that guitar. This video is NOT the best possible representation of this guitar’s capabilities. How long would it have taken them to shoot a new vid with the guitar in tune? 5 minutes? 10 minutes? It’s a matter of professionalism. If it’s not right, then do it till it is.

Damn, why not a …
Damn, why not a floyd rose like on X-40 Pro!
And tune your guitar. hh

Then how many cents …
Then how many cents off and which string is out of tune
February 3rd, 2009 at 2:42 pm
No, no it’s not. …
No, no it’s not. That guitar IS out of tune.
February 3rd, 2009 at 2:42 pm
That’s just because …
That’s just because you guys are used to geetars with imperfect intonation so when you hear one that is actually in tune you think it’s out of tune. It’s the brain playing tricks on your mind.

i bought it a …
i bought it a couple of weeks ago, i’m really glad i did. i still need to change the strings though, to be completely satisfied… thanks anyways =)
February 3rd, 2009 at 2:42 pm
depends on what …
depends on what you’re looking for. but as far as my experience, i can only say that it is the finest piece of wood i have ever had the pleasure of spending my savings on. i play oldschool thrash metal and the costum costum humbucker handles that high gain just fine and gives you a fat and rich tone. might be a little heavy because of the mahogany body/neck but that never bothered me. the neck is slick and fast even after being used for more than 2 years, and the price is fine if you ask me
